Developer Terms of Service

Welcome to the ExtHub.store Developer Program. By submitting your extension to our platform and integrating our monetization services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect end-users and ensure the high quality of extensions on our platform.

1. Revenue Split & Payouts

ExtHub.store operates on an "All-Access Bundle" model. When a user purchases a premium subscription or lifetime plan through your extension's popup, they unlock premium access to ALL extensions on our platform. The sale is permanently attributed to you, the developer who initiated the conversion.

You will receive exactly 50% of the net profit from all sales, subscriptions, and recurring renewals generated by your extension. We act as the Merchant of Record (via Paddle) and handle all global taxes, VAT, and payment processing fees out of our half.

Payouts can be requested once your balance reaches a minimum of $10.00. Payouts are processed between the 1st and 15th of each month via Crypto Wallet or PayPal.

2. Strict Zero-Tolerance Policy for Malware & Ads

We take user security and experience extremely seriously. By submitting your extension to ExtHub.store, you explicitly agree that your extension DOES NOT and WILL NOT contain any of the following:

  • Malware or Spyware: Any code designed to harm, exploit, or secretly monitor user activity.
  • Injected Advertisements: You may not inject ads, popups, or banners into web pages that the user visits.
  • Data Selling/Scraping: You may not collect and sell user data without explicit consent and clear disclosure.
  • Hidden Crypto Miners: Any form of hidden resource usage is strictly prohibited.
  • Deceptive Behavior: Misleading users about the functionality of your extension.

Consequences of Violation

If your extension is found to violate any of the rules above, your developer account will be permanently banned immediately. All accumulated funds and pending payouts will be forfeited and will not be paid out. We reserve the right to report malicious developers to relevant authorities and platforms (including the Chrome Web Store).

3. Code Modification

By submitting your extension, you grant ExtHub.store the right to manually modify your source code for the sole purpose of integrating our premium licensing logic, payment popups, and authentication mechanisms. You retain full ownership of your original intellectual property.

4. Chargebacks and Refunds

As the Merchant of Record, ExtHub.store handles all chargebacks and refunds. If a user disputes a charge or requests a refund, the refunded amount will be deducted from your total sales. We provide full protection against fraudulent transactions.

5. Termination

You may choose to leave the ExtHub.store platform at any time. Upon request, we will provide you with a clean copy of your extension without our premium code. ExtHub.store also reserves the right to terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you are violating these terms or acting in bad faith.
